Aim / objectives:
Assess and establish the needs and priorities of industry for carcass grading in order to adequately meet the requirements of different markets.
Create an update on carcass grading technologies currently available or under development (literature review);
Prepare a survey of industry needs and priorities for carcass grading;
Conduct a survey of various slaughterhouses in Quebec.
